Shaun Evaristo & Lyle Beniga

Recently, one of my favorite idols, Tae Yang, came out his new digital single called " where u at".
It is a good song, try googling it up. =D
However, i was told that the dance choreography was not only by TaeYang, but also along with two extremely famous dancers from the States, Shaun Evaristo & Lyle Beniga.
Hence, having my own dancing spirit, i youtubed them.

Heck, why did not i know them before TaeYang?
I like to observe choreography. For me, dance is one of the ultimate weapon to communicate.
Try asking a girl for a dance. =D

Shaun Evaristo and Lyle Beniga is famous for their rhythmic dance choreography.
They dance, not only through the rhythm of the song, but also with the lyrics.
Watch the one below. It is one of Shaun Evaristo's choreography.

Could you hear the lyrics and see the dance steps?
He danced through his heart , feelings and soul.
Yes, he is a good dancer, but it is not everyone to be able to dance solely through feelings.
Not all are able to do so.
Most dance choreography, especially the famous performances, are based only on rhythms and not much on soul and feelings.

Well, body is also a tool to tell. to talk. to observe.
If you cant talk, use your body.
well, most people are used to their culture about the sensitivity of touch.
However, if you ask beforehand, that is a different case.
Every movement counts just like how when we speak, every single word counts.
Once done, is never to retrieve back.

From dancing also, you can judge what is their relationship.
take them as example.
Lyle Beniga & Shaun Evaristo

From the dance, you can see how neat and powerful the dance is.
You can say that these two have really good build up relationship OR you can say that they have real raw talent.
But , i do not believe that a good dancer comes solely based on talents. It is all about practice.
Dance can get to build relationship up.
Try that everyone.

Then within a month or so time, these two have to collobrate with Taeyang as he invited them in. In that one month time, Taeyang who is a korean, is able to produce out a fantastic result with the two of them. Taeyang's English was not bad. However, when you meet a person who is a total different culture, at the first sight, there might be a bit of gap.
However, dance brought them together.
It is the interest and passion they have, they made into this wonderful dance.

lastly, present you, what TaeYang and the two famous dance choreographer have done.

Lying

Sometimes, when we are communicating with someone else, we find out that their verbal language is contradicted with their nonverbal language. However, you are not sure that are they lying to you. You feel very awkward when you are facing this situation. You just do not want to listen to them yet; you just tune off and want to escape from them.

Now, I would like to share some typical signs and signals when a person is lying. First, there will be little or no eye contact with you. They will try to avoid you because they do not want to look and have eye contact with you. There may also have rapid eye movement. Their eyeball will move left or right constantly.

Secondly, their breathing rate will increase rapidly. You can easily detect this abnormal feature because they will breathe very fast. At the same time, their complexion will change especially their face and neck. Their face and neck will gradually turn red.

Subsequently, their perspiration will increase. They will be sweating in a large amount and very nervous. Their voice tones will be change by changing in pitch, throat clearing and stammering.

Most importantly, their body will turn away from you and they will show some unusual body gestures. Their fingers will place in front of their mouth while speaking to you. If you notice these kinds of features, they may most probably lie to you. However, you should not avoid them; instead, you should ask them more questions and try to observe them whether he or she is a trustworthy person.

How to be a Good Leader

Recently, we are handling with loads of group assignment. As we know, in a group assignment, someone will be appointed to be the leader of the group. However, not every one is a good leader because it requires sufficient leadership skills and techniques. Therefore, do you want to be a good a leader, so that your followers will respect and admire you?

Now, I would like to discuss what the criteria to be a good leader are. First, you must know your team. You can ask your team members to introduce themselves. Through introducing themselves, you can know what their interest is and what kind of personality they are. Are they an interpersonal or intrapersonal? At the same time, you also need to socialize with them. You can invite them to have a drink with you, so that your team members will feel that you are an easy going person. Moreover, you should meet your team regularly, so that they are more comfortable to get along with you. They will understand and know you better.

In addition, an effective communication is very important. You have to communicate constantly with your team because your team member will not know what you are doing and thinking. They need your clear and direct instruction from you. You can communicate with them, through computer-mediated communication and also face-to-face communication. By doing so, you will find that your work can be done more easily. Besides giving instruction to them, you also need to listen to them because they may also have some suggestions and comment on the matter. You must able to accept honest criticism and take into account into it. You can try to make some changes on you attitude and behavior. By doing so, your team will appreciate your kindness and effort you made.

Furthermore, you must be on time when you are having meeting with them. They do not like to wait for you. You should try to make your meeting to be short, so that your team members can concentrate better. Also, you need to delegate the work to your other team members. You should not do it all by your own. You should trust them that they can do better. You must give them chance to try to work on it. A simple thank you is also very crucial in doing a group work. The words, ‘thank you’ will make people feel better and happy. As a result, you should thank constantly to your team members.
