Good Friends

Friends seem to be easily being found, on the other hand, a good friend is not easy to have. Not every one has a good friend. Sometimes, we may see some of the people have many friends, but none of them are their good and best friends. As a result, it is not easy to meet a friend who can eventually become your good friend.

Therefore, I would like to share some of the ways to be a good friend. First, a good friend will always spend time together. You can telephone, email or chat regularly with your best friends if you cannot meet face to face. You must make sure the conversation is meaningful and simple. They will feel very happy for your willingness to allocate some time from your busy schedule to communicate with them. During your holiday, you can spend some time to go out with your good friends. You can go for shopping or watch movies together.

In addition, you must always be there for your good friend in any situation. You should always show up in front of them no matter in a good or bad situation. If there is a celebration, you should be sincerely happy for them. Also, you can wish them deeply from your heart. They will feel very glad to have you as their best friends. A good friend will always accompany their best friends. They will lend a helping hand among one another. They will give full support and encouragement to each other, so that each of them will not feel alone.

Moreover, you will always focus on your good friend’s strengths rather than their weaknesses. You will be very proud of your friend for their strengths, such as good in academics and sports, caring and helpful, talented performers, and others. By doing so, your friendship will be strong and last longer.

Group Discussion

Have you ever aware that group discussion is very important in our daily life as well as in the workplace? We always need to work in a team with other people. Therefore, we need to be able to communicate with others, so that we can accomplish our goals. Besides that, group discussion is also very vital in a group discussion session. Therefore, it is very crucial to be able to do well in a group discussion.

Now, I would like to share some of the ways to do well in the group discussion session. First, you need to be calm. You can try to take a deep breath in order to calm down. Also, you are not allowed to shout, on the other hand, you should make sure that other people are hearing to your ideas. Never try to shout at people to attract their attention.

In addition, you should also try to grab the opportunities for you to speak in a group discussion. You are not encouraged to give up speaking with others and do not ever let other people to ignore you.

Moreover, you can try to practice the group discussion session with your family and friends. By doing so, you can boost up your confidence and enhance your communication skills.

Also, you should do some preparation before going through a group discussion session. You are encouraged to read more about the current issue and do some research on it. In this way, you are able to answer the questions if it is latest news. You must make sure your answers are provided with a good reasoning.

Furthermore, you need to be flexible and open minded when others presenting their ideas. You should not be afraid to give a new ideas and perspectives although it is different from others.

Just this morning, i have many people told me this.
" Cy"
"yes?" I replied.
" You look abnormal."
" Sorry, what abnormal?"
"Why are you smiling like no one's business?"

yes, i have been smiling for God-Knows-Why for the whole morning.
most people think monday is the worst day of all days.
And they say it is abnormal for me to smile like this.

Well, i just realized.. Someone long time ago, told me this.
" Why do you have to show your down face, dearie? Your smile is very beautiful. Show me." a woman once told me.
I was looking back my photos one day ago. * i sealed my photos away in a box.*
Then a picture of me and my mother, i saw.
Then a picture of me and my two friends, i saw.

Then i ask myself. Why live life so dead, if you got something free to make yourself and others happy?
From those picture, i saw the real me. The really smilling me.
Not those fake smiles i have.

after a while, thinking, thinking, and thinking.
if a person could let go everything, and smile as if they have no worries, then that is what peace feels like, cause that person have learnt how to let it all go, including hatred and unforgiven.
If we can learn this, how to let ourself go, then give yourself an applause.

Live life happily, why waste time thinking bad things?

As for me, i just want to live in Nat King Cole's song, because this song told my unconsciousness something. I just feel so happy because i have all these feelings inside me, including falling in love, or heartbroken. That's how beautiful life is.

Long Distance Relationship

Have you ever heard people said that long distance relationship is the most difficult relationship to maintain among all the relationships? Besides, most of the people have the mindset that long distance relationship cannot last forever. However, in my point of view, long distance relationship is the most precious relationship. I strongly believe that a long distance relationship can last forever. Moreover, not every one can have the opportunity to have a long distance relationship.

Therefore, I would like to share some tips on how to maintain a long distance relationship. Effective communication plays a vital role in a long distance relationship. You must always keep in touch with your partner and make sure the conversation is meaningful.

In addition, you should always discuss your problems and thoughts with your partner. You should let him know what kind of problems you are facing recently. You can ask him to give you some opinion on your problems. By doing so, your partner will feel that he is very important in your life and you always need him to lend a helping hand towards you. Besides discussing your issue, you can also request him to share his problems with you. He will be very glad that you are caring of him.

Moreover, you can also have meals together twice a week. You can sit in front of the computer and turn on your web cam to have the meals together. You can share some of your views on the food. Although you are far apart from your partner, you can also watch him eating and sitting together to have meals.

Although you are far from your partner, you still can do some things together. You can listen to the same song and watching the same movie with your partner. You can imagine that your partner is beside with you.

Furthermore, you can give your partner a surprise. You can give a call in an unexpected time. He will feel very happy and special because you are willing to spend some time to talk to him. On the other hand, you can also visit him without telling him that you are coming. Lastly, you must not forget to say the three most important golden words to your partner.

Stress and Anxiety

Have you ever read before news regarding students had committed suicide because they had already stressed out? Nowadays, this kind of news had eventually become a natural phenomenon. This is because majority of the students are weak in coping with stress and anxiety. They thought that commit suicide is the best alternative to escape from stress and anxiety. However, it is really wrong to commit suicide just because of stress and anxiety.

Stress is unavoidable because it exists no matter at where or to whom. Some stress and anxiety are good for healthy and normal. It will encourage students to perform well and keep alert to the surrounding. Nevertheless, excessive of feeling stressful and anxious are bad for health. It can cause emotionally overwhelming and act as a barrier for students to think rationally.

Thus, it is very important to learn on how to cope with stress and anxiety. There are a number of ways which can help you to reduce stress. First, you can reduce your stress by listening to music. You can choose some of your favorite songs and download it into your iPod. You can just play the songs if you feel very stressful. As for me, this method seems to be very useful and powerful, because it really helps me a lot. Also, I feel more relax after listening to music.

Besides listening to music, you can also watch some movies. You can go to the cinema and watch some movies with your friends. You should choose some comedy movies because it makes you laugh. After you had watched the movies, you will seem to be more joyful and relax.

On the other hand, you can also seek help from doctors. You should explain to your doctor on your situation, so that they will know your condition. Some of the doctors will give you some medication which is effective for you to relieve stress and anxiety. Although medication can help you to reduce your stress, it is encourage learning to cope with stress rather than taking medicines.

The magic words are not magical anymore nowadays.

You know, 50 years back, society that time, take words seriously.
Not any normal words, but these words are known as "Magical Words".
They are " Sorry" and " Thank you"

I just got back from El Sanctuary Camp, and one of the things i learnt from the trainer is what i will tell you next.
This trainer, he is very unique. He actually listens every single word and pay attention to every single words. Not everyone can do that. He has patience.
He takes these two words seriously.
He said that these two words are magic as long as there is sincerity behind it.

Imagine, when someone truly appreciate something you have done, and that someone said to you, " thank you" with the eyes looking at you sincerely, what is your reaction?
We take it for granted.
Some of us just cannot express how happy we are to hear it and we hide it by taking that as a joke or something.

Face the fact, some of us get shy.

Just that nowadays, we just DONT take it serious anymore.
Do we say thanks to the the cleaning lady in our college?
Do you say HI to the secuirty guards? Or at least give them your smile?

Imagine if all of us take the word seriously,
Dont you think the world may become more beautiful with all the forgiveness and appreciation?
Make it back as magical words with sincerity.

How To Improve Speaking Voice

Have you ever being attracted to the voice of the radio deejay, singer and phone operator? Most of them can speak very well with their pleasant voice. Thus, we are so passion and interested to listen to them. At the same time, some of us are very admire of them and deeply hope that we can also speak, just like them. Although some of us are not interested to become a radio deejay, a singer or even a phone operator, we still need to improve our speaking voice. This is because we may need to give a public speech or a seminar in the future for the career.
Therefore, I would like to share some ways to improve our speaking voice. First and foremost, we should practice breathing through your chest. As we know, most of us seldom breathe through their chest, instead they breathe through their throat. Breathing through throat will produce a high pitch voice, which most of us find that it is very irritating to hear a person who speaks with high pitch voice. As a result, in order to produce a lower pitched voice, we should try to adjust our breathing through chest.
Secondly, we should improve our voice pitch. The voice pitch for each of us is very different. Hence, we need to spend some time to find the perfect voice pitch. A lowered pitch voice will enhance our maturity and authority. Some of us may find it very difficult to accomplish both the breathing through the chest and the suitable voice pitch, therefore, practice is a must for every one of us.
Last but not least, we also need to improve our articulation. We need to improve how the words come out from our mouth, so that our voice will sound pleasant and the audience will not misunderstand our speech. In order to do so, we can practice through word twister. We can find some word twister which we find it very difficult and try to practice it. We must open our mouth widely and emphasize each vowel while speaking. By doing so, we can avoid phonemic problems.
