Self esteem is very important in our daily life because it is how important you think you are but not other people. Some people with high self esteem believe in their own abilities and capabilities. They believe that they can achieve their goals. However, people with low self esteem do not think they are valuable and their self worth is very low. As a result, they become very timid and fearful.

Therefore, it is important to overcome your low self esteem. There are several ways to overcome low self esteem, such as self examination. People who are brought up in a negative environment are more prone to have low self esteem. Thus, it is advisable not to look at your past, instead look at the present. You should start to self-examine your attitudes, behaviors, emotions, responses and thoughts.
Moreover, you should change your thinking pattern. You can list down you achievements and successes in the past and use it to encourage yourself. In this way, it can encourage you to think in a positive way. Besides, you should stop thinking thoughts and images that are bothering you and instead, you should replace it with an inspire picture and positive words.

People with low self esteem always love to say that they are not good enough when communicating with others and this believe causes to affect their emotion and then their action.
